Sr. Personal Injury Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorney, you will be directly handling a broad range of Personal Injury and medical malpractice cases. Your responsibilities will encompass significant client interaction, starting from intake, followed by consistent and regular communication, which includes presenting legal advice, explaining case progress, and responding to any queries.
You will utilize your expertise to independently prepare demands, negotiate resolutions, and advocate for clients’ rights and interests during depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Your role also involves diligently conducting research, interpreting and applying pertinent legal concepts within the framework of case motions, and actively participating in large-scale litigation processes.
Participation in weekly team meetings for assessing and advancing of cases is an integral part of your job. This position also calls for a close collaboration with senior attorneys to deal with intricate cases involving medical negligence and severe injuries. Your work will be instrumental in all facets of client representation spanning the intake process, initial office meetings, case development, all negotiations, arbitrations, litigation, and resolution.
