Position Summary:
Lindsey Bauer, Vice President of Human Resources for the People and Culture team at Perforce is searching for a Sr. People & Culture Business Partner to join the team. We are looking for an individual who will provide strategic partnership to the global Engineering Development and Product Management teams. The role works closely with leaders, employees and stakeholders to drive organizational success through talent management, organizational effectiveness, data analytics and strong leadership coaching skills.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership:
- Provide forward looking, holistic and strategic People & Culture partnership, to leaders and managers in the Development and Product Management functions globally. Enable the organization to support business goals and create a culture of excellence
- Use business acumen and enterprise goals to identify needs, opportunities, solutions, and risks to employees and the business. Assess and provide input on total rewards, workforce planning, organizational design, execution, talent management, and diversity, equity and inclusion
- Build, together with leaders and stakeholders, a deep and diverse team with the ability to adapt and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic market landscape
- Lead change through collaboration with stakeholders and leaders to create buy in and improve individual, team, and enterprise performance
- Own talent management processes in partnership with leaders to develop employees, managers and leaders through workforce and talent planning including talent development, succession planning, employee engagement and workforce effectiveness
- Collaborate with Learning and Development to design and deliver training and development programs globally
- Utilize People & Culture business analytics to drive data based recommendations and decisions within the business
- Collaborate across the People & Culture function globally to execute talent strategies in alignment with business strategy and priorities
- Collaborate with regional partners on day to day People and Culture operations
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Learning & Development or related field or 12 years of demonstrated experience in strategic People and Culture partnership
- 5 years of experience working in a strategic Business Partnership capacity
- Experience working with Engineering and Development or technical teams is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust
- Experience in Change Management, Organizational Development and Learning and Development
- Strong data literacy skills – able to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from data
- Strong culture stewardship
