Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for Patient Registration, scheduling, billing, customer service and clerical support
- Duties include accepting, recording and verifying insurance information, processing preauthorization requests, collecting copays and account balance payments, scanning documents into EMR and other administrative tasks
- Requires daily communication with patients/caregivers, schedulers, and insurance companies via telephone in order to obtain accurate demographic, insurance, referring provider, and patient liability information.
Here’s what you’ll have:
- 3 Years experience in complex insurance verification processes for oncological or other specialized medical services such as chemotherapy, radiation oncology, or dialysis. (Required)
- Knowledge of Siemens Invision Registration System
