- 10+ years of Machinist Experience
- Must have Mastercam & vertical milling experien
- Must be able to perform own setups or determine sequence of operations
- Must be willing to work 2nd Shift
- Must be willing to Work Overtime
- Sets up and operates milling machines
- Selects, mounts, and aligns various specialized machine attachments
- Interprets blueprints, sketches, and engineering specifications;
- Performs machining operations
- Uses hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Makes standard shop computations;
- Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points
- compound angles and contours;
- boring compound angular holes;
- helical and spiral milling;
- serrating;
- gear, spline, and keyway cutting to exacting tolerances.
