Job Summary:

The Sr. Learning Manager (SSC / Corporate Roles) plays a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future by leading and implementing comprehensive learning strategies across multiple teams and business areas. This strategic position involves collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at all levels, including VPs, and leads diverse teams to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning solutions that drive business results. The Sr. Learning Manager works across the Enterprise Learning leadership team to maintain strategic alignment and governance, while ensuring the solutions their team delivers meets the needs of the business and our associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develops and oversees the implementation of learning initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals and demonstrating a tangible impact on business outcomes.

  • Fosters collaboration with SMEs across the organization, including senior leadership, to ensure learning solutions meet strategic business needs.

  • Ensures continuity in the associate experience by partnering with peer teams in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to design and deliver cohesive talent solutions for the client group.

  • Proactively seeks out opportunities to build capability and identifies where developing know how can drive improved business outcomes.

  • Anticipates business needs and competitive landscape, identifying strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate business risks; create value through associate and customer insight.

  • Effectively manages dependencies, interdependencies, risks, issues and related mitigation strategies of multiple concurrent projects to ensure speed in delivering high-impact work.

  • Leads and mentors a team of analysts, consultants, and instructional designers, promoting a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and innovation in various professional Learning and Development methodologies.   • Evaluates the effectiveness of learning programs, using metrics to inform decision-making and adjustments to learning strategies.

  • Engages with external vendors and partners to enhance the quality and reach of learning programs.

  • Contributes to the leadership team's strategic planning and execution, ensuring Learning and Development initiatives support overarching business objectives.

  • Serves as a trusted advisor who proactively engages leaders, embraces ‘leader as teachers’ and builds strong, collaborative working relationships with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), business leaders, team members, vendors and other key stakeholders.

  • Stays apprised of best-in-class solutions to create engaging programs for multiple workforce skill sets and generational needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field and 5-7 Years Experience in training delivery and/or instructional design experience required; preferably for a large multi-state and/or global company as a manager.

  • High School or GED and 11-15 Years progressive experience in Learning and Development, including a minimum of 5-7 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams in a complex organizational environment.

  • 8-10 Years progressive experience one or more specialty functions of Human Resources, with a significant portion focused on talent management (e.g., employee and/or leadership development, instructional design, training, performance management) and a mix of operational (Contact Center, supply chain and contact center), strategic, and systems thinking experience.

  • 5-7 Years experience directly or indirectly leading and mentoring a team and helping to foster/create a “great place to work.

  • 8-10 Years experience successfully managing multiple priorities & projects through successful delivery & implementation under time, budget, and political pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. and 5-7 Years Experience in HR, Talent, or Education. Experience working with diverse workforce segments across within a global company.

  • Experience developing strategy and/or consulting.

  • Experience with an ERP system (Workday preferred)

  • Experience supporting a corporate function.
