Job Description: Sr Manager, Electric Vehicle (EV) Infrastructure
Location: Baltimore, MD; Huntington Beach, CA or U.S. remote for select candidates

The Sr Manager, EV Infrastructure will serve as a core member of the Origination team at Luminace, reporting to the VP of Origination. The Sr Manager of EV Infrastructure will help develop, and drive Luminace's commercial and technical go-to-market strategy in the electric vehicle and eMobility space. The Manager of EV Infrastructure will assist in the creation of the growth plan to build Luminace's Charging-as-a-Service product offerings for various public sector and private fleet accounts, destination EV charging hub offerings. This role will leverage Luminace's market-leading position in the decarbonization-as-a-service space and real estate siting opportunities drawn from the broader Brookfield Asset Management ecosystem, including Brookfield Properties, existing Luminace customer locations, and help identify and develop third party owned locations nationally.
Required Skill Sets
- Help shape the vision, mission, objectives, and overall strategy of the EV infrastructure business.
- Develop customer relationships and provide solutions sales support to deliver compelling and fit-for-purpose customer proposals.
- Help develop the strategy and processes to design, build, and operate charging infrastructure at scale nationally.
- Help drive the development and implementation of EV mobility infrastructure projects for various account types and sizes nationally, while meeting objectives for safety, quality, budget, investment return and deployment schedules
- Help develop a network of suppliers, partners, utilities, government agencies, and OEM's.
- Stay abreast of the market and technological industry advancements.
- Collaborate with functions such as Origination, Technical Sales, EPC Capital Markets, and Legal to develop and execute product and business plans.
- Help ensure EV segment is leveraging and integrated with Brookfield Renewable's existing energy capabilities, including solar and battery storage, to ensure maximization of value creation across the decarbonization-as-a-service business.
Qualifications
- Must have a min of 3-5yrs experience developing and implementing EV and eMobility infrastructure to fleet accounts in North America
- Bachelor's degree or higher; preference for engineering, business, finance, or related field
- Experience with Distributed and/or Wholesale Generation, solar energy, battery storage, and other distributed energy technologies preferred.
- Experience with the negotiation of various contracts including EPC contracts, CaaS contracts, PPA contracts, leases and license agreements.
- Working knowledge of the energy sector, including renewables covering solar, BESS, DG, and hybrid models
