Position title: Sr. Manager, Enterprise Transformation OCM
Location: Remote or hybrid (local to Hershey, PA)

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management professional to join our team to ensure the success of our people, process, technology and data through accepting and adopting through the transformation. This is a critical, enterprise-wide change initiative impacting all employees in all functions across all geographies. This transformation will have multiple goals per each pillar, workstream, initiative, and project. The transformation will require highly skilled subject matter expertise in the areas of stakeholder analysis and impact, key leader management, comprehensive change plan development and execution, training, and measuring adoption.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
OCM Lead and Activator of comprehensive change plan for Pillars of Hershey Transformation
- Design & Implement change management plans in partnership with the business, and execute to ensure timely and successful adoption:
- Identify key stakeholders, impacts to the business, assess change readiness, and create an extensive change management and communication plan to be verified and aligned to by Transformation Program Team (TPT) Program Management Office Leads
- Partner with the Learning teams to ensure proper training and sustainment plans are in place, and provide recommendations as needed
- Partner with Corporate Communications to build a comprehensive communication plan to include key project milestones/deliverables, project updates, newsletters, and other Stakeholder Engagement Meetings
- Partner with external team of Agency Change Managers and Analysts to carry out tactical delivery of strategy and execution
- Identify interdependencies between workstreams & other transformation events and ensure integration plans are in place
- Identify risks to the project and work with stakeholders to develop risk mitigation plans
- Develops Internal Champion Networks (i.e. Super User, Change Agent) Strategy, deploys, and routinizes

- Drive localization efforts with in-country stakeholders including identification of most effective delivery of Change Network
- Lead Change Ambassador strategy and plan, engagement and methods, approaches and securing approval with TPT
- Drive decisions among key stakeholders, business owners, change embeds, and IT professionals to move aspects of Change Champion program forward
Track and report OCM activities, progress and project statuses
Identify and scale after action learnings and drive strategic integration into existing work processes
- Define and measure Change KPIs and monitor change progress
- Develop, socialize, and track business metrics to be used to gauge adoption and impact on business
- Adhering to all TPT Stage Gate processes, key lead for ensuring OCM is embedded in all governance cycles
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:
- Strong skills in delivery change management through various proven tools (i.e. ADKAR, Prosci)
- Develop presentations and present, at times at the Executive Level (status, updates, scenarios/risks, etc.)
- Recognized ability to work effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
- Strong drafting, editing, other written communication skills (from enterprise-wide high level to tactical reporting to Executive-level presentations)
- Proven track record of executing multiple projects and programs on aggressive timelines; experience managing project and programs
- Strong business acumen, excellent spoken communication skills, influencing skills, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical.
- Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
- Understanding the business operations and geographies
- Ability to drive consensus and decisions regarding content development and delivery
- Tenacity in monitoring successful adoption, sustainment, and adjustment to new ways of working
- Has (or ability to develop quickly) strong relationships across all levels of the enterprise and geographies
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related area of study required in HR professional studies (i.e., HR, I/O Psychology) and solid base of professional certifications and qualifications within the practice of Organizational Change Management.
Master Degree (MHRA, M.Ed. Instructional Design, MBA) preferred
7-10 Years in CPG, Food, or Beverage industry required in learning & development, marketing, or communications
Fluency in end-user Microsoft O365 suite required
- Experience and proficiency with program management software solutions preferred
