Here's what you can expect as a Senior Manager at DaVita:
Talent Partnership Team is responsible for sourcing PCTs and RN talent from unique pockets of our economy. The scope of this role is to supervise the team of administrators and project managers that support the placement of students for internships, observations, and clinical rotations in our field. The supervisor must be driven to deliver service excellence, build and support our team of administrators, and think outside the box to drive process improvement.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drive performance across the PCT and RN internship lanes via your team
- Identifying process improvement opportunities across all programs and drive to execution
- Review success metrics and report out monthly on progress against KPIs
- Direct supervision of ~7+ direct reports (Administrators & Project Mangers)
- Build relationships with key stakeholders such as:
- Talent Acquisition Mangers
- TA Directors, PI&A, HRIS
- Other teammates that our programs impact
- Identify new opportunities for growth and articulate how our program can support Talent Acquisition's broader strategy
- HR experience is helpful, but not required
- Experience with school partnership is helpful, but not required
- Willingness to learn and understand Talent Acquisition philosophy and strategy is a must
- Management experience is preferred, but not required
Job Requirements:
- 3 years of strategic project management experience
- Strong Analytical skills
- Supervisory experience preferred

$91,000.00 - $133,700.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
