As the Senior Manager, Data Center, Storage & Backup Services, you will be responsible for Stryker's global platforms in the strategic global Data Centers and across all global locations delivering excellence in design, governance, and compliance with operational and quality procedures.

What You Will Do
- Ensure excellence in process execution across all operational processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, configuration, etc.) related to the services supporting Storage, Backup, and Datacenter Operations.
- Manage the security, maintenance, and lifecycle of components related to the services.
- Work in conjunction with our service delivery partners to deliver a solid and robust global service.
- Ensure monitoring of services and related aspects of the service offering (e.g., support procedures) is in place to proactively identify and remediate issues and achieve delivery of service excellence.
- Ensure documentation that is relevant to the service is maintained in a meaningful and accessible manner. Monitor vendor performance against agreed expectations (i.e., contract).
- Monthly vendor meetings to review expectations and performance.
- Lead efforts to rebuff contracts with adjusted expectations as appropriate.
- Establish and monitor service KPIs. Publish metrics to IS leadership and service stakeholders. Review performance, issues, roadmap, and other relevant details on a routine (quarterly at minimum) basis.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or the equivalent required.
- 10 years of related experience required.
- 5 years in a leadership role including experience leading indirect or direct teams, setting priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives, and managing/influencing management and stakeholders required.
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of enterprise level backup solutions such as Tivoli, Symantec NetBackup, VEEAM, Rubrik, etc. required.
- Experience and demonstrated understanding of enterprise storage environments including, but not limited to, EMC, Pure Storage, IBM Power Systems required.
- Life Science or other regulated industry preferred.
- ITIL Professional certification preferred.
- Experience managing Data Center operations on premise and in co-lo facilities preferred.
- Experience managing service providers preferred.
$122,800 - $271,400salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
