Summary:
This Sr. Manager of Business Support position will: manage all things related to Corporate Affairs of the overall company. This position will coach and provide guidance/direction to the team members through one-on-ones, team meetings, and consistent communication
Responsibilities will include:
- PR, communications and branding
- Managing company website and social media
- Managing Immigration: Green card, visa sponsorships
- Expatriate Support- support with car leasing, housing, and any other challenges during the process
- Media relations
- Oversee/manage the below programs:
- Managing (including layout and renovations) the following areas:
Office, meeting rooms, executive offices, common areas, lactation rooms, breakrooms, and other employee amenity spaces
- Manage the following on-site vendors:
Janitorial, Cafeteria
- Company Pool Vehicle Management- vehicles employees can borrow for business trips
- Maintenance over the facility including the following areas:
- Exterior walls, interior walls, all non-production areas, parking lot
- Supporter management/training
- Executive vehicles and other company leased vehicles
- Business card ordering
- Company mail management
- Manage the following incentives:
Lunch allowance, phone stipend, executive health program, fuel cards
- Manage vendors that provide the following services:
Copier, landline and mobile phones, paper shredding, vending, coffee/tea, ice machine, landscape, indoor plants, pest control
- Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
- Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
- Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience
Experiences:
- Leading a team and members, utilizing proven leadership methods
- Cultivating and driving a performance-centered work culture at all levels of the business
