IGT is looking for a conscientious Compensation Leader to partner with the People & Transformation (HR) and Business leaders to lead in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs to support Global Gaming's business objectives. We need your expertise to help us continue to attract, engage and retain our talent. Oh, we almost forgot to mention... What You Will Do:

  • Build a consultative and collaborative relationship with People Partners and business leaders to build understanding and effective delivery of compensation programs and processes.
  • Assess, analyze and provide recommendations on base pay programs including pay structures, job descriptions, job evaluations and market surveys, ensuring equity and legislative compliance.
  • Drive the development, implementation, communication and training of IGT compensation programs within the Global Gaming segment. These programs include but are not limited to broad-based compensation, sales incentives, variable pay programs and other incentive programs. 
  • Lead in the design and maintenance of Global Gaming's job family structure, including job leveling and job catalog.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of the Company's pay programs within Global Gaming. Provide recommendations for changes or enhancements as needed through trend analysis, cost benefit analysis, key performance indicators and market intelligence
  • Develop and update quantitative models to formulate recommendations and updates to compensation structures and elements
     
Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of professional experience 
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization aka enjoy collaborating with many parts of the business.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing programs and processes tied to business objectives in global organizations.
  • Experience building models, providing analyses, and creating clear summarized reporting. 
  • Experience with Success Factors is a plus
  • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone Business Hours

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $84,000 - $185,500. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

 

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
