This position is fully remote with the expectation that the employee is within driving difference of Tulsa, OK.
The Sr Manager, Business Analytics will be a strategic partner with Sales Strategy & Operations and product teams and lead advanced analytics to help
drive and optimize revenue management across our fleet of products. The Sr Manager will proactively support sales and customers, developing and leveraging analytical/data science models to drive insights on game performancem and optimal configurations and floor mix to drive effective business strategies and maximize revenue in market.
Job Requirements
Drive revenue strategy and monitor execution in market to proactively provide added value to Aristocrat’s customers by leveraging data and analytics
Lead analysis and model development that support commercial and sales strategies to optimize game performance and revenue
Lead a team focused on building, developing and maintaining data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
Drive partnerships with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Gaming Ops, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs and develop analytical solutions
Drive portfolio analysis around category segmentation, product life cycles and forecasting, portfolio requirements, product performance and key metrics that will aide in driving portfolio strategies and planning
Develop market requirements, identify trends and opportunities, and assess the competitive environment to aide in the development of Aristocrat’s product portfolio; monitor the competitive landscape and measure product performance to identify key areas of improvement.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong technical skills, including database tools and programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R)
4+ years of experience using mathematics or statistical modeling to build advanced analytical solutions used for insights to drive business decisions
3+ years leading an analytics function
Ability to analyze large data sets
Experience with the following Software: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word), BI Tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or Spotfire, SQL Server or similar
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with casinos or gaming manufacturers
Slot analysis experience
Understands the link between excellence in data acquisition/warehousing/insights, and how to leverage this as a competitive advantage in the marketplace
Possesses high integrity and exceptional work ethic. Fosters mutual trust and respect, and is an excellent team player
Excellent oral, written and communication skills with ability to present to a variety of stakeholders
Strong teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
