Job description

Company and the Role:
The Wolfe Companies, LLC, a leader in the Gift Card and FinTech sectors, is known for its prominent brands such as PerfectGift, Gift Card Granny, GiftYa, Reaf Marketing, and Give InKind. Our company excels in delivering exceptional value and customer experience in our industry. You'll find detailed information about our company culture, values, and the recognition we've earned in our industry at the top page of our career site (https://wolfe-llc.breezy.hr/).
Our current production capacity is approximately 10,000,000 Visa/Mastercard's gift cards per year, and we are at about 35% capacity. With our continuous growth, the volume of cards we produce has increased by over 50% compared to last year. Rather than expanding our fulfillment team (currently comprised of 7 full-time employees and an additional 7 seasonal workers during the holiday season), we've been working with leading robotics consulting companies to pioneer automation in our industry.
In light of this, we're looking for our first Senior Lead, Robotics Operations Center to lead our Robotics Operations. This is a hands-on role enhancing production capacity, efficiency, and quality – not simply research or robot building. This is an exciting opportunity in Pittsburgh to establish, operate, maintain, and build our automation team. This role will also require a strong understanding of software engineering insights.
The Company was founded in 1996, and we are over 210 passionate, dedicated employees and contractors spanning the U.S. Recognized this past month by Inc 5000 as the third fastest growing company in Pittsburgh, tenth in Pennsylvania and no. 382 in the USA. Additionally, The Wolfe Companies was selected last year as the #1 fastest growing private company in the Pittsburgh region by Business Times' Fast 50 List of Pittsburgh's fastest growing company.
