Job Description:
- Understand existing tools, process, and gather requirements.
- Provide your expert recommendations on CMDB Design and proposed Architecture and implementations, architect new ServiceNow service management systems and processes.
- CMDB data modelling for CI's.
- Define the architecture and roadmap of ServiceNow's CSDM/CMDB best practices to increase operations and business outcomes across the enterprise, allowing for greater visibility of the customer service impact with a better holistic view of the service operations.
- Setup and run Discovery for on Premise and On Cloud systems like AWS, Azure and GCP.
- You will establish architecture standards, provide guidance, and conduct code/functional reviews to the project team on the technical design format and content.
- Conduct workshops related to CMDB, Discovery.
- Implement Config policies & processes.
- CMDB health dashboard setup and maintain.
- Configure CMDB governance policies and business rules.
- Develop and Execute service improvement plans to ensure continuously improving processes.
- Work in an Agile environment to maintain, configure, operate, implement, and extend our ServiceNow service management systems and processes.
- You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define technical and procedural requirements. From there, you will design, test, and implement solutions that fit the needs of the business.
- Ability to bring clarity to complex business problems and communicate concepts in a meaningful and concise way.
- Ability to drive corporate alignment and architect Network/IT service mapping framework based on CMDB and CSDM industry-standards.
- Works with application teams globally to ensure their data is accurate and is continuously being updated and/or maintained.
- Work closely with Team across geographies.
- Sound knowledge in CMDB and it operation management.
Education, Certifications And/or Experience Qualifications :
- Working knowledge of IT Operations Management and CMDB Processes (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB/CSDM, Cloud Management, Orchestration)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Event Management
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Service Mapping
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
