What will you enjoy doingWhat you need to succeed (Skills)

• Helpdesk experience (on/off boarding, passwords)
• Troubleshooting experience (hardware and software issues with laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals)
• Provisioning hardware and software for new employees. Laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors printers etc.  Reconditioning/wiping/staging returned equipment for re-use.
• Remote support experience (assisting with hardware and software over the phone and gotoassist)
• Hybrid Active Directory/Azure(365) experience
• PDQ experience (using these tools to minimize touch time and close tickets.  Pushing software packages, printers,  network drives and performing inventory tasks)
• Microsoft Intune MDM experience
• Basic understanding of virtualization concepts, vmware etc (Virtual machines, virtual networking)
• Familiarity with a modern networking stack such as DHCP, DNS, VPN, SSL
• Fortigate firewall policy and advanced networking
• VoIP PBX management (adding/removing extensions, provisioning phones)
• Switching, VLANs, WiFi, RADIUS
• Powershell scripting and automation experience
• Python, Power BI or Tableau
• SQL knowledge
• Zabbix monitoring system
• Nessus security scanner
