This position works in a work-from-home call center environment.
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for investigating and responding to HR Support Tier 2 inquiries and concerns from employees and management as part of the HR Shared Services environment. Also responsible for processing information in the HCM system by auditing, inputting, and maintaining data items. Produces information by preparing reports and processing existing queries.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Associate's degree plus two years of HR or HRIS experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Schedule: Variable shift schedules, Monday-Friday, no weekends
- This position is remote-work authorized. Qualified candidates need to be located in North Carolina or Virginia.
