We are actively seeking passionate and highly motivated Senior Health Sales Agents to join our client for a remote opportunity (must be available to work eastern hours)! As a Senior Health Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s Senior Health Insurance program, engaging in outbound dialing to connect with individuals seeking valuable health coverage solutions. This Contract-to-Hire opportunity offers $20/HR +$50 per issued MA policy commission!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound dialing to connect with individuals seeking Senior Health Insurance coverage.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand clients' needs and provide suitable health insurance solutions.
- Demonstrate clear and confident verbal communication skills.
- Utilize computer proficiency in a MS Windows environment to manage and update client information.
- Set and achieve sales goals through goal-oriented and self-motivated efforts.
- Maintain current knowledge of health and life insurance products and regulations.
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team to ensure success in client interactions and sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Must have active health and accident license where you reside.
- 3+ years of experience working with Medicare Advantage, especially working with the DUAL member population.
- Must be comfortable/experienced with outbound dialing.
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and confident demeanor.
- Proficiency in a MS Windows environment.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
