The Treasury Capital Management group develops and manages the capital strategies for the corporation and its subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with all related policies, procedures, and banking regulations. The Sr. Specialist will participate in capital and liquidity management by maintaining and updating financial forecast models and assisting in monthly and quarterly reporting. The work is performed across the organization under tight deadlines. Treasury seeks a self-motivated, strategic thinker who can prioritize, communicate, and collaborate to build relationships across departmental lines.

What you are good at- Update and maintain forecasted balance sheets and capital planning schedules for the Corporation and its subsidiaries
- Prepare weekly capital dashboards and monitor daily capital impacts of customer activity
- Monitor and prepare corporate and subsidiary dividends and capital infusions
- Assist in the preparation of materials for ALCO and Board of Directors
- Ensure compliance with departmental internal controls
- Work on process improvement projects to streamline and automate analysis and reporting
- 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business positions
- Thorough knowledge of finance and accounting
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required
