Job Title: Finance Systems Analyst III/ Pension Accounting/ Systems Admin

Essential Responsibilities:

• Operational accounting duties for interim gap between personnel
• Pension accounting journal entries
• Pension accounting account reconciliations
• Project management of WTW FASTrack set-up
• Set-up system of 80 pension plans under current reporting structure
• Data load requests
• System calendaring activities
• User access management
• Custom report set-up
• FASTrack use mapping of existing process to the ‘to-be’ process
• Footnote mapping
• General Ledger Mapping
• Determine proper GL coding considering new chartfield set ups
• Remap current year transactions into new set-up
• Work with internal partners to ensure changes are made at source to comply with new set-up
• Ensure new mapping results in proper footnote disclosures
• Health & Welfare (TORCH internally developed system)
• File management/processing
• TORCH Table maintenance
• User access management
• Systems audit requests
• Reporting
• Account reconciliation automation for Comp & Ben processes

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in Accounting
• 5 years accounting/finance experience
• At least 2 years pension accounting experience
• At least 2 years systems admin experience

Salary: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour
