Sr. Director, Facilities Planning

We're currently seeking a Sr. Director, Facilities Planning to join our Headquarters team!

In this role you will lead and manage the development, planning, and maintenance of our location facilities.  You will oversee facilities improvement planning for core store capital spend, ongoing maintenance needs, New Build installation team, and fleet management.  Bring your entrepreneurial mindset to build new and develop existing systems and processes to support our rapidly expanding organization.

What you will do:

• Capital Planning Oversee program management of planning, budgeting and execution of capital expenditures, repairs, and maintenance.
• System Development: Process improvement including identifying and leveraging the technology that enables data supported decisions for capital planning.  
• New Build Installation Team: Support leader of NBIT group of 50. Digitize planning efforts and improve upon existing processes.
• Facilities Maintenance: Oversee future state planning for ongoing maintenance needs, fleet management, and systematic efficiency.

How you will shine:

• 10+ years' related experience
• 5+ years' leadership/management experience
• Project/Program development and management experience
• Multi-unit facilities management and maintenance experience
• Willingness to travel as needed (typically up to 10%)
