The Hallmark Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE) is pushing boundaries to define and deliver best in class experiences that delight our consumers and serve as the intersection between direct to consumer (D2C) and business to business (B2B) data assets used to deliver enterprise solutions and omnichannel consumer experiences. WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE

The Sr Digital Product Manager works closely with the loyalty, marketing, and analytics business teams to gain a deep understanding of the business goals, consumer experiences, market position and competitive landscape. You will be responsible for multiple related products and services supporting consumer loyalty, national/local marketing. You will work closely with the business, delivery, engineering, and other product teams to drive and champion for holistic and omni-channel consumer experiences supporting the loyalty and marketing business goals. You’ll lead and conduct research and analyze data across multiple sources then use it to drive product decisions and influence across the enterprise. In this role, you will lead the work to deliver new direct to consumer (D2C) loyalty and marketing capabilities and enhanced user experiences – working collaboratively with business and technology partners to deliver best-in-class products, services, and experiences within a variety of technology platforms. You will also maintain oversight of the intersection of D2C and business to business (B2B) data flows and impacts. You will align stakeholders to develop a long and short-term product roadmap supporting the business strategy, prioritize high impact work, define, and negotiate minimum viable product (MVP) and maintain a robust product backlog. Candidates must have strong communication with the ability to condense complex technical concepts into concise non-technical language. They should have a proven track record of leading numerous, concurrent complex projects with multiple business partners, business acumen and the ability to present plans and opportunities with individuals at higher levels in the organization. They must exhibit corporate & interpersonal savvy and confidence leading technical projects under tight budgets and timelines.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years of professional work experience
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a Digital Product development environment as a product owner or Product Manager
  • Experience with marketing technology and consumer loyalty/engagement business strategies and processes
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Experience communicating orally and in writing to translate technically complex topics into consumer-centric and business-friendly terms
  • Experience leading numerous, concurrent and technically complex products partnering with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Experience in collaboration and creative problem solving to deliver upon business objectives and strategies
  • Experience using data to define business value, define priority, and manage trade-offs against competing priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-7 years of experience in MarTech, loyalty, and/or data product management roles
  • Product management experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Teradata/Consumer Interaction Manager (CIM), and/or Kognitiv platforms
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  • This position is mainly remote, with travel to headquarters in Kansas City, MO at least twice annually.
  • The salary range for this job is between $125,000 and $145,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
