The main responsibilities of the role will include, but not be limited to:

Strategic Consulting:

" Provide strategic guidance to clients on adopting digital engineering practices to optimize business practices and enhance team collaboration.

" Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, offering tailored digital engineering solutions.

" Facilitate large stakeholder engagement groups within client organizations, with the ability to flex delivery based on a varied audience, from executives to field employees.

" Find opportunities to grow scope with clients that can deliver value for both client and company,

Technical Leadership:

" Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of digital engineering strategies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices including systems integration and deployment, process creation and implementation, and change management

" Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in the digital engineering space, advising clients on innovative solutions.

Project Management:

" Manage and oversee digital engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

" Provide hands-on guidance and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment. Preferably agile delivery models.

" Project monthly reporting (Client & Project Control Group)

" Have a keen interest in developing a team and industrial consulting function

Client Relationship Management:

" Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and continuously identifying opportunities for value-added services

" Manage new business opportunities within the company's CRM platform

" Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to help clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

Knowledge Sharing and Training:

" Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams to enhance their understanding of digital engineering concepts, tools, and methodologies.

" Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, whitepapers, and case studies showcasing successful digital engineering implementations.

" Maintain and continuous improvement mindset for project execution and company business practices recommending change where appropriate.

Skills/Experience:

" Leadership; ability to effectively communicate, motivate, and align individuals towards a common goal, while utilizing strong social and emotional intelligence skills to build positive relationships, understand and manage emotions, and navigate complex interpersonal dynamics.

" Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information, ideas, and instructions to individuals at all levels within an organization.

" Ability to work efficiently in small to large multi-disciplinary teams, and share and transfer knowledge within teams;

" Strong stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to take ownership and problem solve in spite of competing stakeholder interests;

" Awareness of market trends, vendors, platforms and emerging technologies, with an aim to capitalise on them, partner and improve internal and external delivery outcomes;

" Commercial awareness to identify future opportunities and risks with clients and support business processes (proposals, scoping, time estimation & IP protection);

" Solid understanding of the design and construction processes within the industrial sector

" Solid understanding of digital engineering / BIM processes and relevant standards;

" High-level skills in MS Office applications, document management tools, issue tracking systems.

" Demonstrated expertise with engineering and information management workflows

" Familiar with Digital Twin platforms in the industrial sector and experience in implementing and managing workflows within companies to support their use.

Desired Qualifications:

" Bachelor related to the construction industry (engineering, construction management, etc.).

" Masters and or Ph.D in further education such as business and or engineering and science preferable

" PMP certification or similar preferable

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in any of the infrastructure, energy, mining, and industrial sectors, working within brownfield and greenfield projects;

" Previous experience in the design, construction, or operations lifecycle of a project, leading project delivery and teams.

" Previous experience in consulting organization highly preferable.
