Sr. Data Analytics Consultant
Job Description
Concentrix Catalyst is seeking a Sr. Consultant that is part of our Data & Analytics Consulting team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
+ Analyze & synthesize insights from surveys, interviews, and workshops, consolidate findings, process mapping, and construct a business facing narrative of results.
+ Understanding of data architecture concepts for business intelligence and artificial intelligence use cases, ability to analyze client data assets.
+ Ability to partner with technical and non-technical teams to discuss technical details and make recommendations.
+ Be able to analyze and reverse engineer digital assets including BI reports, data structures, ETLs, Access databases and Excel files for the purposes of informing recommendations for go forward data strategies.
+ Understand business concepts and performance management strategies. Be able to quickly understand what KPIs and data strategies are most relevant to our clients, who span all business verticals.
+ Leverage market/customer research, trends, and competitor analysis to assist our clients in their data strategies.
+ Perform financial analysis and modeling, as necessary.
+ Be able to estimate scope, duration, and cost of data, BI, & AI initiatives.
+ Provide further insight into the firm's overall strategy by identifying critical questions and performing ad-hoc analyses, as needed.
Qualifications:
+ High level, non-specific business understanding.
+ 2 years in any Catalyst relevant vertical or LOB specialization, including Retail, Tech, Telco, Media, Healthcare, Financial Services, & Manufacturing or in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Experience.
+ Strong communication, problem solving, attention to detail, self-managed, communicate effectively with analyst up to director level. Strong writing & interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to partner with Client Engineers, to "go deep" on as-is process & data assets, while utilizing a non-threatening & persuasive approach.
+ Lifetime learner that gains knowledge to increase credibility. Strong presentation & facilitation.
+ 2-4 Years, experience with data analysis and/or management consulting.
+ Onshore required.
+ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in communication tools (ie. Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
+ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in data tools (ie. SQL and/or BI tool(s) that can be used to analyze client data assets/business perspective).
Education:
+ Have a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Economics, or Statistics, or in a related field. MBA preferred.
