Job Summary

This position is an experienced, senior level, hands-on technical lead, performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions and maintaining IAM systems, while providing technical guidance to the team.  Manages IAM technologies such authentication, authorization and attestation reviews as well as creating and maintaining IAM policies and procedures.  Provides technical expertise and support to clients, IT management and staff in IAM assessments, development, testing and the implementation and operation of appropriate IAM plans, procedures, and control techniques designed to prevent, minimize, or quickly recover from cyber-attacks or other serious events.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leads and manages IAM technologies.
  • Provides technical expertise in IAM assessments.
  • Defines, designs, and implements IAM strategies to protect against emerging threats using IAM tools.
  • Hands-on technical lead performing IAM functions and maintaining systems, while providing technical guidance to the team.
  • Manages IAM technologies such as authentication, authorization, and attestation reviews, as well as IAM security policies and procedures.
  • Provides IAM technical expertise and support to clients, IT management and staff in IAM assessments, development, testing and the implementation and operation of appropriate IAM security plans, procedures, and control techniques designed to prevent, minimize, or quickly recover from cyber-attacks or other serious events.
  • Responsible for the health and optimization of IAM platforms.
  • Involved in designing, development and implementing of IAM tools as well as Life Cycle Design for onboarding client Applications.
  • Developing reports for audit and SOX compliance and User Entitlement Reviews.
  • Help determine user/business/functional requirements.
  • Experience in Identity governance and provisioning with Active Directory, SAP, PAM tools and SaaS applications.
Job Specific Qualifications

Required:

  • Hands-on technical individual, performing IT security functions and maintaining systems.
  • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership, technical teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster working relationships with the team, Management and Client departments.
  • Experience with scripting, Java, PowerShell and/or general web tool development with WebLogic/Apache Tomcat.
  • Cloud technology experience with M365, AWS, Azure or other cloud technologies.

Desired:

  • Strong knowledge of Cyber security architecture principles.
  • Technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, Single Sign-On, LDAP, MFA, PAM, SAML, OpenID, AD, DNS, Azure AD.
  • IAM or Security Certifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Security or related technical field.
