ADP is hiring a Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant.

In this position, you will plan, perform, and implement initiatives. This will involve working closely with subject matter experts to fully understand existing processes and challenges. You will be required to solve complex problems by looking at best practices and internal and external business issues to improve products and/or services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure
  • Using your knowledge and experience in the process improvement discipline to improve processes, products, or services.
  •  Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
  • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project
  • Project manage process improvement initiatives ensuring deliverables and timelines are clearly understood and met.
  •  Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
  • Employs highly developed consultative skills
  • Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects
  •  Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
  •  Provide analysis of project, including business case, ROI and post-project review
  • Drive innovation, best practices and achievement of strategic objectives
  • Work on projects of high complexity
  •  Create and update process documentation such as Job Aids, Process Flows and Process Guides.
  • Solve a range of process related problems of varying complexity.
  • Communicate project and process status and challenges to stakeholders through email, meetings, chat, etc.
  •  Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  •  3 years of project management experience
  • Experience managing medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
  • Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $55,900.00 – $113,700.00 / Year
