Job Description:
The Sr. Clinical Product Manager is responsible for product roadmap planning and implementation of clinical applications of all Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Products and Solutions including CDM applications on the ZEISS Medical Ecosystem. The Sr. Clinical Product Manager, collaborating with leaders and individual contributors from various cross functional departments including R&D, Regulatory, Sales, Quality, Operations, Professional Education, Workflow Managers and from Product Management, directs the activities surrounding the prioritization and implementation of clinical features of all Chronic Disease Product & Solutions.
Essential Functions:
- Work closely with Workflow Managers, Product Managers, Marketing, Software development, UX, R&D technical and clinical staff to define and shepherd clinical features and applications throughout innovation, concept, new product development & product life-cycle processes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Marketing Managers in the development of positioning and pricing strategy of clinical features & functions of CDM products and solutions.
- Collaborates and work closely with ZEISS Meditec Customers and KOLs to support the identification, definition and to shepherd the development of clinical features and applications throughout innovation, concept, new product development & product life-cycle processes.
Job Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree required, engineering or life sciences is preferred. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum 6- years of marketing and clinical experience in ophthalmic chronic diseases (retinal or glaucoma) medical imaging solutions, including software applications & ophthalmic image/data management solutions.
- Extensive knowledge and experience working with ophthalmic KOLs in US and outside US required.
- Excellent oral presentation and written communications skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to manage and work cross-functionally.
- Experienced knowledge of word processing and presentation software.
The annual pay range for this position is $143,900 - $179,900 San Francisco Bay Area
The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
