    SR. CLIENT LIFECYCLE AND MARKETING MANAGER FOR ACTIVE ENTERPRISES

    We are on the lookout for an innovative and strategic Sr. Client Lifecycle and Marketing Manager, who will not only lead our marketing and branding initiatives but also oversee the entire Client Lifecycle journey. In this role, you will be pivotal in mapping and enhancing every stage of the client experience, from initial awareness through engagement, purchase, and ongoing loyalty. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of client relationship dynamics.

    This role will sit on the Executive Team of Active Enterprises and help support all entities of the company including Little Kickers Swim School and Kickin’ It Kids Gym. It is a highly collaborative position working with many stakeholders in the organization.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Client Lifecycle Strategy: Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive strategy that encompasses all stages of the Client Lifecycle. Understand and map the client journey from initial contact to long-term loyalty, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement and improvement.

    Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the client journey strategies and make data-driven optimizations to improve client engagement and experience.

    Feedback Integration: Establish a systematic approach for collecting and analyzing client feedback at different journey stages, using this insight to refine the client experience.

    Client Retention Initiatives: Develop and execute targeted initiatives aimed at increasing client retention, loyalty, and lifetime value.

    Training and Development: Provide training and resources to team members and other departments to ensure a deep understanding of the client journey and its impact on business success.

    Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on the performance of the client journey, including client satisfaction, retention rates, and overall impact on business growth.

    Brand Management and Alignment: Ensure that the brand message is strong and consistent across all stages of the Client Lifecycle. Manage the evolution of the brand to keep pace with client expectations and market changes.

    Creation of Brand Materials and Graphic Design: Oversee the development and design of all brand materials, including logos, brochures, videos, digital content, and advertisements, ensuring they align with the brand's visual identity and messaging standards. Collaborate with graphic designers and creative teams to produce visually compelling and consistent branding elements across various mediums.

    Integration Across Channels: Coordinate brand messaging across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms, to maintain a unified brand experience and alignment with the stages of the Client Lifecycle..

    Market and Client Insight Analysis: Continuously gather and analyze market and client insights to inform and adapt brand strategies that resonate with target audiences, including competitive analysis. Understand our client demographics, psychographics, and purchasing behaviors to inform marketing strategies.

    Copywriting: Develop and craft compelling and effective copy for marketing materials, including but not limited to: website content, promotional emails, newsletters, and social media posts. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.

    Brand Training and Advocacy: Develop and implement internal training programs to ensure all employees understand and can effectively communicate the brand values, enhancing brand advocacy internally.

    Management of Marketing Processes and Project Management: Oversee the entire marketing process, from planning and strategy development to execution and evaluation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Implement effective project management methodologies and tools to streamline workflows, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

    Plan and Execute Campaigns for Demand Generation: Plan and execute integrated high-quality and engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, direct mail, PPC, PR, and other channels.

    Audience Segmentation: Implement audience segmentation strategies to target specific client groups with customized marketing approaches.

    Data Analysis and Reporting: Report to management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing data. Provide regular insights to evaluate campaign and design effectiveness. Metrics include but are not limited to: CAC, ROI, Website Traffic, Conversion Rates, and Marketing Attributed Revenue.

    Budget Management: Manage the marketing and customer experience budget effectively across multiple brands. Monitor expenditures and allocate resources to maximize ROI.

    Website Management: Assume responsibility and ownership of websites and basic SEO strategy to ensure they are up to date, in line with the brand, and part of the Client Lifecycle.

    PAY

    Salary range: $85-95K annually

    Profit share if applicable

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

    Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, branding, and client experience management, with significant experience in Client Lifecycle management.

    Proven track record in developing and implementing successful client experience strategies.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

    Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

    Understanding of marketing tools especially Google Ads and Meta.

    Familiarity with Canva, Meta, Monday.com, email marketing platforms, and POS systems.
