We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Channel Contracts and Compliance Specialist. In this role, you will reside within the Global Channel Operations team, and will be responsible for the engagement and enablement of Honeywell HBT channel partners, by leading the localization and deployment of Honeywell global channel programs in the region, developing and consolidating the contracts tools for the partners via the partner relationship management portal, and also includes running partner onboarding, channel agreements, legal and compliance due diligence, policies, financials, T&Cs, promotions, online tools, training and certification, sales analytics and channel performance.
Channel Contracts and Compliance Specialist Responsibilities
- Channel Program: Own the Contract implementation and deployment of HBT Global Channel Partner Programs for Fire, Security and BMS businesses
- Ensure partner onboarding process for new contracts is accurately defined and communicated, delivering a 5-star Partner experience
- Maintenance of Partner Contracts Resource Library
- Build and distribute legal letters, agreements and policies as needed.
- Maintain the Channel Partner Contracts Program Dashboard requirements and deliver them into a user-friendly format.
- Identify and implement program improvements.
- Lead the evolution of the Partner Contracts portal (LEAP). Coordinate and improve to ongoing content generation and content maintenance
- Build comprehensive training and engagement sales and marketing teams along with presentation materials to be used with partners
- Provide regular compliance updates to sales and review the progress with the local teams
- Handling, with the Channel sales teams, the channel contacts database to ensure it is efficiently segmented and up to date for communications
- Evaluate program trends and results and provide analysis and recommendations to management
- Ensure proper functionalities in LEAP integration to Channel Portal to deliver 5-star partner experience
- Prepare and deliver regular Honeywell Sellers trainings
- Ensure accurate budget management and transparency for the regional marketing team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Experience with contracts and legal in a B2B channel environment
- Exceptional analytical and Excel skills is a must.
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Channel Program management experience across multiple teams
- Self-motivation and self-management
- The ability to build consensus across disparate groups
- Creative thinking
- Eye for business combined with tact and pragmatism to create and evaluate new business opportunities in a sophisticated B2B environment.
- Superior project leadership skills to create project plans, secure alignment with team members, supervise progress, identify (potential) hurdles, suggest solutions, implement mitigation actions, report progress.
- Data-driven and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Project & Program Management experience
