About the position:
We are looking for a Sr. Campaign Marketing Manager to join the Netskope Growth Marketing team to help drive cybersecurity audience engagement and create pipeline growth globally.
The person in this role works collaboratively with other marketing teams to strategically design marketing initiatives for the cybersecurity audience. The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, creative ideas, and a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing plans across a variety of tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, content maps, nurture events, and programs to create a consistent customer experience across all channels for the Security audience.
  • Provide insights to refine the tactics and messaging based on audience engagement, identify content and activity gaps and opportunities for messaging
  • Manage and communicate overall calendar for touchpoints within the security audience
  • Project manage the execution of campaigns and programs with all stakeholders
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Work with members of product marketing and sales teams to ensure the messaging is consistent and appropriate for the campaign goal and ensures that it directly aligns to target markets, personas, and use cases aligned with company priorities.
  • Measure and monitor sales funnel activity, making recommendations to address coverage gaps including working closely with the lead management teams on targeted campaigns and effective follow-up.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of related demand generation experience Ability to analyze data, target, and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity markets
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to think about the big picture but still roll up their sleeves to get the job done
  • Passion for building new ways of doing things and not fazed by ambiguity
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and maintain agility to adjust with market demands
  • Take charge attitude and an ability to drive cross-functional teams
  • Salesforce experience
  • Gsuite experience
  • Asana, Knak, Splash, Terminus, ON24, or Unbounce experience a plus

Education & Travel:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or communications-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Travel: approx 15%
