Entegra Procurement Services is a fast-growing and dynamic division of Sodexo and part of a global procurement network that manages more than $36 billion in spend for food, services and supplies, and serves more than 120,000 purchasing sites throughout the United States alone. Entegra Procurement Services provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries including seniors, healthcare, education, government, faith based, leisure, hotels, and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and innovative products and services.

We are currently searching for a Sr. Business Project Manager.
This is a remote position with the preferred candidate residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Client Onboarding Process Initiative – Drive continuous process evolution to enhance client experience and expedite client revenue.
  • Deploy the Process in conjunction with the Client Onboarding Governance Team.
  • Lead the Onboarding Process of New Strategic Clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Client Services, to ensure seamless onboarding for clients not requiring a dedicated Project Manager.
  • Ensure governance compliance to meet the expectations of stakeholders and deliver the agreed-upon business value.
  • Track and regularly report on progress to support success while establishing accountability across the organization.
  • Provide regular updates to Senior Management summarizing the Client Onboarding Process state based on key metrics for use in evaluating business results and optimization.
  • In tandem with the Governance Team, provide support that results in the successful planning and execution of the Client Onboarding Process.
  • Utilize project management best practices to ensure adequate planning, facilitation, control, and risk management activities have been conducted for each Client Onboarding Process.
  • Identify and monitor key measures to ensure Client Onboarding Process success and prepare status reports.
  • Provide solid understanding of and experience with risk management (identifying, communicating, mitigating, and escalating).
  • Support the Improvement and Evolution of the Client Retention initiatives.
  • Optimize the use of technology and tools to streamline the Client Onboarding Process and the Client Retention initiatives and improve overall efficiency.
  • Provide ad-hoc support and expertise for other business improvement projects within the organization, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach in assisting teams to achieve their project goals.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures and system requirements.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in project management tools. Knowledge of smartsheet is a plus
  • Proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, Access)
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Able to perform in a complex, changing environment.
  • Excellent organization and planning ability
