Sr. Associate Software Engineer

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will be a part of the BioConnect product team and help realize full potential of the system by developing and enhancing features, reporting, and supporting a cross-functional group of business stakeholders. The Software Engineer will build and support capabilities on Salesforce Platform and MuleSoft Platform.

BioConnect is a business-critical global system that supports users in Medical Information, Product Quality and Pharmacovigilance Operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree

OR

Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of engineering experience

OR

Associate’s degree and 6 years of engineering experience

OR

High school diploma / GED and 8 years of engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing, testing, and implementing features, solutions using SDLC.
  • Experience in MuleSoft integration, Informatica platform.
  • Experience in SQL, data extraction and reporting.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services: EC2, RDS, S3.
  • 3+ years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Java, JavaScript.
  • 3+ years of experience working with leading agile development methodologies such as Sprint and Scrum.
  • Experience with Software engineering best-practices, including but not limited to version control (Git, TFS, Subversion, etc.), CI/CD (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc.), automated testing, Dev Ops.
  • Biotech / Pharma experience is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
