JOB DESCRIPTION


The Senior Associate of Chase Branded Card Experiences for Sapphire will lead, manage, and support the execution of Sapphire events onsite while aligning to the overall events strategy for the Sapphire credit card products. This position sits within the Chase Branded Card Experiences organization of Card and Connect Commerce, a key business partner and center of excellence within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group.

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage event execution end-to-end including relationship management with execution agency partners.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to execute on-site, in-person experiences.
  • Lead the execution of cardmember package build to drive sales and attendance.
  • Liaison with the Sapphire line of business, servicing teams, brand, social media, paid media, marketing, and controls teams throughout the event lifecycle
  • Deliver on goals and objectives for Sapphire events and experiences.
  • Responsible for delivering and readout of key performance indicators for events
  • Identify and enable key best practices and innovation opportunities across Branded Cards

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 4+ years of relevant event experience
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to prioritize and managing multiple priorities.
