- Promote a strong team environment within IT and across business functions and departments.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to other staff members, fostering collaboration within IT and the broader business community.
- Collaborate with the BRM team to deliver effective solutions to the business.
- Demonstrate leadership by recommending enhancements and new software projects aligning with Mativ goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship for Application Developers, contribution to their skill development.
- Manage tickets in supported ITSM solution, ensuring adherence to SLA response times.
- Provide optimal support for existing applications and implement new applications efficiently.
- Offer after-hours support for primary support areas.
- Uphold and embody Mativ values and IT culture in all interactions.
- Degree in information technology, computer science, or related.
- 7+ years of Oracle Development.
- Extensive Oracle PL/SQL programming experience.
- APEX development.
- Oracle Forms and Reports.
- Oracle REST/SOAP Web services.
- Experience in building integrations using OIC middleware application.
- Strong understanding of the Oracle Order Management module and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies and customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
- Great multi-tasking and self-motivation skills.
