Our Cyber Security team is growing and currently looking for a Sr. Analyst, Security Program Management. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration of information security systems across the enterprise and managing vendor relationships. Additionally, you will develop and manage cyber-related metrics, dashboards, KPIs and KRIs. You will also develop process maps for all core cyber processes to ensure clarity of team operations.
As a member of the Cyber Security team, you will be responsible for responding to escalated alerts and events for investigation while identifying improvement opportunities in processes and technologies. The successful candidate will need to be a problem solver and forward thinker with a strong project management and analytics background.
* Oversight and delivery of assigned program, and leading the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex technical projects and programs, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, quality, etc.
* Accountable for final delivery of project deliverables - leverages business & technical understanding to ensure appropriate review and quality validation occurs for deliverables.
* Provide consultation to business and IT on how best to deliver the program including options to mitigate and/or resolve program issues/risks.
* Establish strong program governance from the outset and ensures governance mechanisms are functioning properly.
* Develop and maintain relationships with program stakeholders and business leads in order to understand products/velocity and unique LOB items, and obtain program objectives while working in a matrix environment.
* Support PDL (through matrixed reporting) to drive deliverables and activities, remove barriers, and escalate risks/issues (as required).
* Conduct program / planning exercises with business stakeholders.
* Create, maintain and disseminate program information to stakeholders.
* Ensure all sub-projects within program are delivered on time, within budget and to an agreed quality level.
* Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks; elevates to the proper accountable parties as necessary.
* Monitor program status and budget, promoting the use of the Solution Delivery Methodology assets (standard templates).
* Ensure overall coordination, status reporting and stability of assigned program oriented work efforts.
* Manage across the Enterprise to ensure all other project interdependencies, operational activities and external entities that may impact the program are identified and managed.
* Support the framing of technical approaches, and directs cross-portfolio / product team efforts to meet aggressive timelines.
* Act as mentor in the context of delivering the program to Project Management employees assigned to the program. (usually focused on project management expertise on process and methodology).
Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4-6 years of related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 6-8 years of related experience.
  • +5 years of process management experience
  • 2+ years of cybersecurity or intelligence experience
  • Experience with MS Project, JIRA, or other project management/tracking platforms
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other related productivity/workflow platforms
  • Knowledge of NIST and HITRUST CSF frameworks
  • Knowledge of NIST RMF
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and NYDFS Cybersecurity Rule

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree and 8-10 years of related experience
  • 5 or more years of process management experience
  • Certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, CISA, Security+, or GSTRT

The compensation range for this full-time Security Analyst, Security Program Management role is between $94,869 and $176,186. The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan.
