The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.
The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The Sr. Analyst, Content Capabilities will join the Marketing Transformation team with USCM, responsible for identifying and solutioning against opportunities to drive the speed and efficiency of content creation and delivery. This role will focus on crafting and optimizing innovative creative review and approval processes from conceptualization to maintenance and success reporting. The Sr. Analyst, Content Capabilities will advance the marketer experience through the way we deliver and handle content within our processes and partnerships. In this role, there is an expectation to ideate and elevate content processes and workflows, including the ability to work in white space and build solutions from the ground up.
With improvement of the Marketing experience driving innovation, this person will embed themselves in the enablement day-to-day, proving the ability to advocate and solve for pain points and generate solutions that simplify the end-to-end and minimize manual tasks. The Marketing Transformation team partners extensively with Customer, Prospect and Partner Marketing Enablement teams, Enterprise Communications and Martech Experiences, Marketing Compliance Review teams, Consumer Marketing and Operational Excellence.
The Sr. Analyst, Content Capabilities will own specific workstreams and bring new near-term innovations and processes to life for highly visible strategic projects that ensure our marketing materials are reviewed, approved and delivered to consumers seamlessly and within compliance. The ideal candidate thrives at working in white space, building strong relationships with collaborators, is enthusiastic about operational efficiency and transforming big ideas into processes.
How will you make an impact in this role?
  • Drive ideation, implementation and optimization of the creative review and approval process, improving efficiency, effectiveness, and approval agility
  • Maintain a constant feedback loop with Enablement colleagues, gaining the ability to advocate for the marketer experience, and translating needs as requirements for content capability partners
  • Utilize feedback and performance reporting to inform prioritization of efficiencies
  • Set clear KPI’s for all near term innovations and process enhancements to show progress through both qualitative and quantitive reporting
  • Support the automation and systemization of the creative review and approval process by readying processes for future technological enhancements and leveling up marketer needs involving system enhancements
  • Provide change management support for all new creative review and approval initiatives including training resources, early-adoption support, and detailed communication plans
  • Champion the optimization, maintenance and creation of new agility paths for creative review and approval including Rapid Review, Cascading Content (BINGO), Bundled Submissions and more
  • Provide clear and frequent status updates on active efficiencies to leadership, marketing enablement and our Enterprise Communications and Martech Experience partners
  • Demonstrate courageous leadership while leading workstreams and elevating new innovations that transform the existing working model

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
