Join a team that designs, verifies, integrates and tests complex aerospace products within Honeywell. You will develop new products and processes in support of the organization's business strategies. You will be responsible for coding, running simulations, synthesis, creating test benches, and preparation of documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Build Requirements, Design and Simulation
- Conduct Code Synthesis
- Integration and Test Support
- Provide Customer Support
- Prepare Documentation
- Be a Technical Lead
- Project planning
- Create Quotation Estimates
- Mentor junior engineers
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Professional VHDL, UVM, System Verilog knowledge
- Some experience in ASIC/FPGA development
- Professional knowledge of design tools: simulators, STA tools, synthesis, etc.
- Knowledge of AMBA, PCI, Ethernet, I2C, SPI, OS Linux, scripting languages Perl, Shell, TCL
- Knowledge of DO-254 Airborne Electronic Hardware development lifecycle
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong computer and web navigation skills(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
- Self - starter, motivated and takes initiative and able to lead a small team
- Strong technical problem solving skills
