This is a Monday - Friday day shift role with some flexibility with scheduling. Our clinic hours are 7AM to 6PM Monday - Thursday and 7AM - 5PM on Fridays, so no evenings, weekends, or holidays! This provides an excellent work life balance!

Creates and maintains provider schedule templates in Epic, provider master schedules and provider call schedules.
Maintains provider time off including approvals, time tracking and balances.
Responsible for provider purchasing card (P-Card) reconciliation and approvals.
Provides administrative support to operations including developing presentations, pulling reports or data to support various strategic initiatives or projects.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, including agendas, minute taking, preparing materials and distribution.

M Health Fairview has an immediate opening for a Sr. Administrative Clinic Coordinator to support the M Health Fairview Wyoming Family Practice (including Peds), North Branch, and Chisago clinic locations. The M Health Fairview Wyoming/North Branch/Chisago clinics are growing and collaborative clinics that rely on their Senior Administrative Clinic Coordinator for daily support. This role is an extension of the leadership team; we're looking for a strong candidate who is efficient and personable, able to work with providers and clinic staff daily, oftentimes figuring out difficult puzzles to make for the best access without overburdening providers.

The Sr. Administrative Clinic Coordinator role is responsible for activities related to primary care providers (physician and midlevel provider) staffing and support, and for supporting the day-to-day operations of the primary care clinic leadership team.
Creates and maintains provider schedule templates in Epic, provider master schedules and provider call schedules.
Maintains provider time off including approvals, time tracking and balances.
Completes provider payroll approval as a delegate of Medical Director(s).
Responsible for provider purchasing card (P-Card) reconciliation and approvals.
Collaborates with provider recruitment and onboarding; when a new provider starts to coordinate meetings, schedules, materials, and IT needs
Provides administrative support to operations including developing presentations, pulling reports or data to support various strategic initiatives or projects.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, including agendas, minute taking, preparing materials and distribution.
Maintains including preparing invoice for payments, locating and ordering supplies or service needs, and maintaining equipment.
Assist other staff as needed to ensure no gaps in service to the leadership team
