Job Description:
-Financial Statement Preparation: Skillfully prepares a range of income and balance sheet statements, including both standard and non-standard formats, as well as consolidated statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
-Timely Financial Reporting: Ensures the punctual completion of monthly financial statements for management review, facilitating informed decision-making processes and assisting in budget development efforts.
-Financial Analysis and Recommendations: Analyzes financial reports and records, providing insightful recommendations regarding accounting reserves, asset management, and expenditure optimization to drive financial efficiency and performance.
-Journal Entry Verification and Oversight: Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications, maintaining data integrity and precision across all financial records and transactions.
-M&A Integration activities
Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience, some public accounting is preferred but not required
-CPA is preferred but not required
-willingness to travel 20-30%
-strong communication skills
