Sprinkler Fitter (Fire Systems Inc.)

The candidate must be able to inspect, test, repair, modify and install sprinkler systems and read fire protection drawings. Strong understanding of different types of sprinkler systems and components, able to test wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, and diagnose and repair issues in the field. Office located in North Dartmouth, MA.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must have a current Fire Sprinkler Journeyman’s license in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Must have at least five years’ experience installing various types of Fire Sprinkler Systems. Experience with installing fire pumps, dry systems, steel & CVPC systems and knowledge of NFPA 25.

Experience reading blueprints and have a working knowledge of all other components of a Fire Sprinkler System. Experience testing standpipes, fire pump, and doing internal experience is preferred.

Must have a valid driver’s license. Participate in rotating on-call schedule nights and weekends.
