During the summit you will:

Finance Track Business Area Involvement
Accounting & Finance Development Program
Each year, only the top candidates are selected to receive an invitation to join the AFDP internship and launch their career in an accelerated development program that places their career on the fast track at the world's largest retailer. Our AFDP internship is the gateway into receiving a full-time offer upon graduation into our program. In our full-time rotational program, participants have the opportunity to complete four six-month rotations in different accounting and finance teams across the four sectors: Walmart US, Sam's Club, International, or Corporate. Participants benefit from a structured experience that provides coaching, mentorship, executive exposure, peer networking, and an industry-leading development curriculum. AFDP interns will also experience all of these amazing benefits during an 11-week experience, but will be placed on a single finance or accounting team (no rotations) during the summer.
Global Audit

About Our Summer 2025 Internship Program:
Each summer, we select the best and brightest to look under the hood of the world's largest retailer at our Walmart & Sam's Club Corporate Offices across multiple locations. During the 11-week program, our interns work directly with teams who are changing the way the world shops. This is the beginning of what could be an exciting career with Walmart!
The intern experience includes:
