- Perform maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Conduct pest control treatments

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, pest control, and landscape maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
