A Day in the Life of a Craftsman Foamer:
Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 / hour DOE
As a Craftsman Foamer, you will be responsible for all aspects of Spray Foam insulation on the customer's van according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.

A Day in the Life of a Craftsman Foamer:
Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 / hour DOE
As a Craftsman Foamer, you will be responsible for all aspects of Spray Foam insulation on the customer's van according to work order, manufacturer, quality, and safety guidelines.
- 1+ years of experience in construction, framing, fabrication, or related experience is highly preferred but not required. Willing to train
- Responsible and accountable for working with team members to complete Spray Foam jobs and other necessary work as directed by management
- Prepares thoroughly, familiar with the scope of work per job and for job assignment by ensuring necessary equipment, safety gear, tools, paperwork, and necessary supplies are brought
- May be required to wear a supplied air or cartridge filter respirator throughout the application process depending on the type of product used
- Survey electrical and security wiring and secure them as necessary before spraying
- Ensure that can foaming and caulking are completed as necessary around windows, doors, etc. Use good judgment and caution to not over-foam any areas
- Understand the proper operating procedures of the spray equipment. Learn spraying techniques from other Spray Foam team leaders to develop good spray techniques and eliminate waste and overspray
- Uphold and protect the high-quality standards of Sonsray ensuring that all work performed meets or exceeds these standards
- Perform miscellaneous-related duties as required and assigned by the manager
