The Position:
We are looking for a dependable individual with a great attention to detail to join our finishing department as a Spray Booth Operator. This individual will:
- Maintain efficient operation of all guns, tanks, Spray Booths, and other equipment.
- Inspect frames after application to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Select appropriate finishing materials such as stain, glaze, & lacquer depending on the specific order and customer specifications.
- Use a spray gun to apply correct finish.
- Have a strong eye for color matching and apply right level of finish to product to meet customer standards.
Candidates that will be a great fit will:
- Have previous finishing, industrial painting, or related work experience.
- Be able to stand 8-9 hours a day and working independently
- Have the ability to use hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have strong attention to detail and desire to not just produce quantity, but high-quality work.

Shift: Monday -Friday 6 am - 3:30 pm
Pay: $15/hour but negotiable for candidates with previous experience
