Halford Hoops & Precision Therapy is a cash-pay Physical Therapy Clinic in Highland, UT. We are professional, customer-centric, focused on giving one-on-one time with our patients, in sports rehab and performance (80% of patients are youth athletes and 90% of those youth athletes are basketball athletes).
Our work environment includes:
- Modern office setting with private treatment room, a full-sized basketball court, and state of the art weight room that can be used for patient care
- Casual work attire (athletic shorts or pants and shirt to move with athletes)
- Flexible working hours - (afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays)

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy techniques
Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience working in a Sports Physical therapy outpatient setting is required
- Previous experience playing sports is a plus
- Specialization or experience in manual therapy is a plus (myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, Graston, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
