Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day Club Operations and member satisfaction and retention.
Some essential job duties include:
- Oversee Sports Club Operations including front desk/retail, housekeeping, and court maintenance.
- Forecast and manage departmental expenses for operations and membership.
- Attend all Sports Club staff meetings and appropriate resort meetings.
- Work closely with staff to ensure members are receiving the best in member services.
- Assist with special events for membership-related functions.
- Provide member services including recording members' change of address, email, resignations, category changes, and minor accounting issues.
- Provide administrative support for other Sports Club departments upon approval of the Director of Sports and Wellness.
- Serve as Manager-on-Duty as scheduled.
