SalaryResponsibilities:
- Provide counseling services & support to individuals, families, and groups in this dificult situation.
Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families/caregivers , Complete assessment of spiritual needs for patients and families/caregivers and render appropriate services in a timely manner.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficient in crisis management techniques to provide immediate support during difficult situations
- Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices for end-of-life counseling
- Ability to educate clients on mental health topics and provide resources for further learning
- Excellent conflict management skills to facilitate healthy resolutions between individuals or groups
- Experience in crisis intervention methods to address immediate safety concerns for clients
- Strong mentoring abilities to guide individuals towards personal growth and positive change
- Effective event planning skills to organize workshops or support group sessions

Pay: $18.77 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 per week
