Sales Associate: This position creates amazing experiences for our consumers every hour, every day. Sales Associates are brand ambassadors, responsible for engaging customers, being fully knowledgeable about store products and policies, operating point of sale register, accurately recording transactions, handling cash, credit, and other forms of payment, detecting theft and other security risks, and handling inventory. An effective Sales Associate exists to assist customers in the selection of appropriate footwear and apparel by creating a great customer service experience, providing optimum product knowledge, and cultivating a positive WWW brand experience for the customer.
