Speech Language Therapist Full-Time

Location: Texas

Positions Available: Multiple full-time positions, starting from 23/24 school year onwards.

Description: We are seeking committed and skilled Speech Language pathologists to join our team for the upcoming academic year. As a School SLP in Texas, you will be responsible for providing effective diagnostic assessments, comprehensive therapy, and support services within a K-12 caseload. Our ideal candidate is a proactive clinician who can work collaboratively with educators, families, students, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student success.

Responsibilities:

Administering evaluations and assessments.
Providing individualized therapy plans for students.
Developing goals and benchmarks that comply with state guidelines and program objectives.
Collaborating with teachers and other professionals involved in student care and treatment to meet their needs.
Managing timely progress reports and documentation of therapeutic interventions.
Taking an active role in planning, policy-making, and mentoring.

Requirements:

Must have Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related fields with a current license in Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.
At least two years of experience working as an SLP in educational settings preferred.
Demonstrated ability to perform creative, efficient, and evidence-based clinical procedures.
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with AAC devices and assessment tools strongly preferred
