$54,000 - $64,000 per year salary. Flexible schedule is available as is a four-day work week.

Watch Me Shine is seeking a full-time Speech and Language Pathologist to work with young children.
You will be working with preschool age children to foster optimal communication through interventions that are tailored to the needs of each child.
The speech and Language Pathologist will provide evaluation and treatment services for children that exhibit:
* Difficulties with expressive and/or receptive language
* Articulation
* Apraxia
* Auditory processing
* Social/pragmatic language difficulties
* Language-based learning disabilities
The Speech and Language Pathologist will provide assessment, intervention, and remediation services for students who exhibit difficulties in the areas of language, speech, voice, and fluency. The Speech and Language Pathologist will develop speech and language goals and programming tailored to each client while providing individual and group therapy within the school setting. The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will attend interdisciplinary team meetings regarding treatment plans and support services. The SLP must have the ability to develop and implement educational programs within the vision, mission, and core values of the program, while working with experienced staff and as part of a team. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Watch Me Shine pays for all training and CEU?s. Watch Me Shine offers a full benefits package with 3 weeks paid time off and 7 paid holidays. If you are looking for a four-day work week that is available with this package. Extended summer vacation can also be discussed.

Benefits:
$55,000 - $65,000 Annual Salary

Qualifications:
MASTER?S & APPLICABLE LICENSURE REQUIRED
Experience with children with developmental delays, and disruptive behaviors is preferred.
Candidates must pass an extensive criminal background check.
