Job Description:
Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of K-12th grade students? We are seeking multiple dedicated and qualified SLPs to join our team for a rewarding contract position in the beautiful state of Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and social success.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to track student development.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Plans.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Michigan state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with K-12th grade students is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping students achieve their full potential.
